We have a professional team of 13 Partners and more than💧 380 professional staffs in Offices located in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

In order to meet the demand of our growing practices, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a position of Client Admin of our Tax Services of Ho Chi Minh City Office. Detailed tasks of and required qualifications for this position are as follows:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare billing statements as per instructions of engagement managers in the PMS system;
  • Input clients’ information into the PMS system;
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Team to prepare and send billing statements to engagement managers;
  • Coordinate with Accounting Team to prepare internal reports for management purposes;
  • Manage the submission of all documents to Tax Partners for approval.

Administrative Support to Tax Managers/ Directors/ Partners:

  • Assist Tax Partners with managing their diaries, scheduling appointments, arranging internal and client meetings;
  • Co-ordinate with Tax staff to meet deadlines set by Managers/ Directors/ Partners;
  • Arrange logistics for Tax Partners’ business trips: trip file, booking of air ticket, hotel and transportation;
  • Provide general administrative support to Tax Managers/ Directors/ Partners as needed;
  • Monitor internal cash advance and internal fund for Tax Division;
  • Print out and affix stamp on tax reports as required;
  • Arrange logistics for internal events of Tax Division (parties, trainings, outing trips);
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications/Skills 

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration 
  • 1-2 years experiences in secretarial or administration role;
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good administration and secretarial skill;
  • Good organisation and time management abilities;
