In order to meet the demand of our growing practices, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a position of Client Admin of our Tax Services of Ho Chi Minh City Office. Detailed tasks of and required qualifications for this position are as follows:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare billing statements as per instructions of engagement managers in the PMS system;
- Input clients’ information into the PMS system;
- Collaborate with the Accounting Team to prepare and send billing statements to engagement managers;
- Coordinate with Accounting Team to prepare internal reports for management purposes;
- Manage the submission of all documents to Tax Partners for approval.
Administrative Support to Tax Managers/ Directors/ Partners:
- Assist Tax Partners with managing their diaries, scheduling appointments, arranging internal and client meetings;
- Co-ordinate with Tax staff to meet deadlines set by Managers/ Directors/ Partners;
- Arrange logistics for Tax Partners’ business trips: trip file, booking of air ticket, hotel and transportation;
- Provide general administrative support to Tax Managers/ Directors/ Partners as needed;
- Monitor internal cash advance and internal fund for Tax Division;
- Print out and affix stamp on tax reports as required;
- Arrange logistics for internal events of Tax Division (parties, trainings, outing trips);
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
- 1-2 years experiences in secretarial or administration role;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good administration and secretarial skill;
- Good organisation and time management abilities;
