Customs Manager

We have a professional team of 13 Partners a🦹nd more than 250 professional staffs in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

  In order to meet the demand of our growing practices, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a position of Customs Manager of our Hanoi office and HCMC office. Detailed tasks of and required qualifications for this position are as follows:  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Partners/Director to handle client relationship and business development communications
  • Maintains and develops relationships with relevant authorities
  • Leads customs advisory engagements from proposal to final delivery stage
  • Making plan and perform coaching and training activities for customs team members 
  • Based either in HCMC or HN
 

Required Qualifications/skills

  • Bachelor degree in relevant subjects such as customs and international trade, accounting and finance, or equivalents
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant management experience in either customs & import export duty department
  • Having experience base for customs advisory work such as HS codes, C/O and calculation of material mismatches
  • Having experience in supporting customs inspection
  • Having basic understanding and knowledge about corporate accounting and financial reports and other relevant tax work 
  • Other key soft-skills such as time management, leadership and communication
  • Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills and effective communication skills
  • Fluent use of writing and speaking English
